Hello, my name is Aidan. I am on air today to share a bit about myself, my company PropNex Vietnam and also to mark the launch of PropNex Vietnam’s video series.

We have plans to provide educational content to both real estate buyer’s looking to benefit from buying properties and also property agents looking to establish a long-term career in this industry.

When this video clip is aired, PropNex Vietnam would have been already been operating in Ho Chi Minh City’s real estate market for 2 years. And as for myself I have been active in the market since 2008.

I started providing property rental service back when I first got started as a property agent here in HCMC, before moving on to the sale of properties and marketing of new projects. From then on, I decided the build a career for myself in the real estate industry and Vietnam; from being a real estate agent to the formation of my sales team of about 10 agents. I had the intention to turn the business into a full-fledged real estate service company. But man proposes and god disposes, we all know the period proceeding 2008 up to 2012 was well known as a frozen real estate market.

Back in 2009, I foresaw that the local government would open the real estate market to allow foreigners to invest and own properties in Vietnam due to the sluggish property market and also to be in line with other neighbouring countries in attracting foreign investments, but little did I expect that the change in the law would only take effect in 2015.

When the law finally took effect, I could safely say that I was one of the first few real estate agents to pioneer bringing Vietnam properties to the international market. I started marketing Vietnam properties to my own network of customers to help them invest into this potentially hot market early. True enough, foreign buyers looked favourably on the Vietnamese market and sparked a crazy buying spree here, by this point, most of my own customers were able to dispose of their property investments and made healthy profits.

With my years of experience and some success in making money from the sale and rental of Ho Chi Minh City properties, I could have enjoyed a comfortable lifestyle here in the city. But with a bigger vision, I chose the harder path, to invest in building a real estate agency that is home to thousands of property agents that like me have chosen real estate to be their professional career. That was why in 2018, I took on the PropNex branding here in Vietnam.

I strongly believe that PropNex has a proven system and culture in line with the direction I want to steer the company towards and is the only platform that can allow the sales people that have chosen to follow me succeed through the long haul. I am committed to this vision through the good times and the bad, and am willing to give it all I got to turn my dreams into reality. I look forward to grooming a professional sales team with the same mindset as myself that is committed to continuously add value to home buyers and investors and provide a level of service that the market can trust and depend on us for.
